SHIPPING: Most of our shoes are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Large orders are shipped via UPS. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
FREE SHIPPING: Shipping is free for all orders with a U.S. shipping address. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories such as Guam, U. S. Virgin Islands, etc. Please be aware of the following conditions: Returns for refund will be subject to a $15.00 handling fee per pair. Returns for exchange will not be subject to the handling fee but will be required to pay the shipping fee of $9.00 per pair.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Express shipping is available at an extra charge. We will ship all "Ships next business day" orders within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. Saturday delivery can be made per request. Please call for more information. If shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of you placing the order with an estimated delivery time. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES: Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped within one business day if your item is in our current inventory. Order placed on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until following Monday.
Out of stock items & custom order will take 4 to 6 weeks for inventory available through our manufacturer, Very Fine Dance Shoes. This timeline is considered to be an estimate. Upon review of your order, you will receive a "good-faith" estimate of a reliable delivery date. In the event that you are operating on a restricted time frame, every effort will be made to expedite your order once we have been notified. In the event that an extended delay is anticipated on your order, you will be promptly notified and can make your decision at that time to either wait for your order or cancel.
