CANCELLATIONS:
You
must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and
handling fees. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your
credit card. Custom orders are non refundable.
If
you cancel an order that has already shipped, shipping fees and handling
fees will apply. Please see our Return Policy for more information. RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
You must first need to fill out the return and exchange form which you can download one here. Returns
for refund will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per pair. Returns
for exchange will not be subject to the handling fee but will be
required to pay the re-shipping fee of $9.00 per pair.
Please
return the shoes as new (unworn) within 21days of receipt with original
receipt and place the return/exchange form inside the box with specific
instructions and stating the reason for return. Shoes must be returned
by insured United State Postal Service mail or UPS to our supllier's
address given in the return/exchange form. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
Unacceptable return:
1. Return requested after 21 days from original ship date.
2. Worn
shoes or shoes with soilded soles can not be returned. (Please try on
your shoes on a clean, soft surface to prevent soiling of the suede
soles.)

| We accept the following credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide
your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and
phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect
information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit
card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Incorrect shipping
address will cost additional charge from UPS which will be billed to
your credit card. |

| We accept money orders, cashier’s checks,
personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are
processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal
and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt
for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot
guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or
payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. |

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by PartyDanceShoes.com only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
