CANCELLATIONS:

You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and handling fees. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Custom orders are non refundable.

If you cancel an order that has already shipped, shipping fees and handling fees will apply. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

You must first need to fill out the return and exchange form which you can download one here. Returns for refund will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per pair. Returns for exchange will not be subject to the handling fee but will be required to pay the re-shipping fee of $9.00 per pair.
Please return the shoes as new (unworn) within 21days of receipt with original receipt and place the return/exchange form inside the box with specific instructions and stating the reason for return. Shoes must be returned by insured United State Postal Service mail or UPS to our supllier's address given in the return/exchange form. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.

Unacceptable return:

1. Return requested after 21 days from original ship date.

2. Worn shoes or shoes with soilded soles can not be returned. (Please try on your shoes on a clean, soft surface to prevent soiling of the suede soles.)
